I\'ve been in tech recruitment for circa 15 years. Over that time I\'ve been involved in over placements, working with everyone from pre-seed startups to FTSE 100 companies. Recruitment from 2025 onwards has changed more than the previous years combined. The old way doesn’t work. Every day I work with both sides, founders and engineering managers who can\'t find good candidates, and good candidates who can\'t find jobs.
