Massey Real Estate was established in 1962. David S. Massey began in the family business in 1982. David assumed the ownership of the business in 1990 to continue the tradition of Ethical, Honest, Fair, Personal and Professional service to the Real Estate Industry and to our Community. David is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and Real Estate Broker. The business has expanded over the past 56 years to include Massey Commercial Real Estate, Massey Residential and Massey Appraisals.David Massey is recognized in the business community as a leading real estate appraiser with over 39 years of real estate experience. David is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser by the Appraisal Board of North Carolina, the highest degree of certification earned in NC. Qualified as an Expert Witness and enjoy the rigors if litigation, estate and complex appraisal work. He also enjoys the non-complex work such as estates, mortgages, refinances, finding market value and listing prices for owners and Realtors.
