I’m an economist with more than 25 years of experience modeling demographics, labor markets, insurance, and legal systems; managing complex research projects; and producing analytics that inform public policy decision-making and corporate risk management. In 2012, I left a public policy research career with the RAND Corporation to help establish Praedicat, a software analytics company based in Los Angeles delivering forward-looking science-based models of casualty risk.
