As Chair of the Criminal Law Section, I am responsible for putting on seminars of interest to Criminal Defense Practitioners as well as getting the local Bar involved in issues that affect our practices. I am also a Trustee of the Bar and therefore participate in policy decisions, MCLE and Fundraising for our charities such as Blanketing the Homeless.

ABOUT DAVID S. KESTENBAUM
I am the President of Kestenbaum Law Group, APC, a criminal defense law firm that I founded in 2014 after many years of experience as a prosecutor and a partner at another firm. I personally represent people who are being investigated or prosecuted for any misdemeanor or felony in Southern California, using my skills as an expert negotiator and trial attorney to achieve the best results possible for them.My mission is to protect the rights and interests of my clients, and to minimize the negative effects that an arrest or conviction can have on their lives and careers.
