Responsible for development, execution and lifecycle management for multiple service areas while overseeing third party development & managing vendor partnerships. Create custom solutions that cross multiple platforms and architecture supporting internal and external stakeholders. Work within and support key project teams ranging from Roaming, Digital Payments, and the AT & T acquisition in Puerto Rico. Directly responsible for: Development and Delivery of Value-Added Services portfolio and Mobile Customer Value Propositions roadmap Digital Identity platform for B2C and B2B and leading digital transformation efforts Developing payment strategies for digital transformation initiatives including electronic airtime, digital payments, branded card programs, and mobile wallet Partnership management for OTTs & Platform vendors CAPEX planning & Budget ManagementKey Achievements: Spearheaded movement into digital payments, expanded digital premium services with API-based carrier-integrated billing, and developed the LLA Mobile Value-Added Services catalog available for 23 markets Delivered CWC project to replace third-party airtime lending platform/service with company-owned solution, generating $2m+ in annualized cost savings, with new revenue stream potential.
