ABOUT DAVID SCHEERES

I a the founding director of Tungsten Business Solutions Ltd formerly known as Aspen Waite in Wales Ltd who are business advisers and specialists in the recovery of Corporation tax relief, succession planning and adding shareholder value to clients with a portfolio of specialist services many offered on a \"no win no fee\" basis.Tungsten recently undertook an exciting EOT ( Employee Ownership Trust) and I sold my shares to the employees as did some other colleagues. Our clients range from start ups to multi million pound SME\'s and we are proud to advise the WRU with our specialist services. We are probably the only accountants with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 accreditation. We like to do things properly!To be truthful I am no accountant but work with far cleverer people than me. I won\'t use the word passionate to describe what I do because I believe that should refer to your wife and dog but I am a keen amateur at most things and don\'t like to be beaten by a problem. I take people at face value and only been disappointed three times in my life by people so have been blessed with good fortune.I am a serial inventor with several granted patents for products that have gained commercial success in diverse industries, one a USA generic product. Patents granted include Sterimelt a thermal compactor for medical waste, My specialty is business mentoring and the development of equipment to deal with problematical waste streams in a sustainable manner. I am a keen environmentalist and focus on practical solutions that address end of life issues for disposable products with a common sense approach.Previously two of my patented products were honoured with a Queen\'s Award to Industry, one for export and one for Environmental Achievement. The outcome of each award did not end well which is a common story but I learnt from my experiences. I am now focused on the promotion of novel patented technology to offer solutions to waste management problems in a variety of sectors including Healthcare, Hotel and Catering, Maritime and Industrial. I have lectured internationally on subjects that interest me.I spend any spare time I have with a \"hobby business\" related to military history and have found success with this on a global basis. I Chair Haverfordwest Target Shooting Club, am a numismatist and Scuba dive. I am involved in an exciting project to reduce oceanic pollution and at the same time offer opportunity to communities by developing micro businesses by using waste as the raw material which sadly is in abundance.
