ABOUT DAVID SANTEUSANIO

David Santeusanio has more than 35 years experience in key business leadership roles in the business and healthcare industries. He is known for effectively leveraging his business acumen as a senior corporate executive, as well as his 18 years of management consulting, to deliver practical solutions which consistently exceed client expectations. In his present capacity David serves as the business administrator for a start-up energy business where he manages all business related operations. Prior to his current role, David was a senior program manager for corporate health innovations at The American Heart Association National Center. In that role, he was responsible for the design and development of new, innovative products and services for the corporate health and wellbeing market.Before then, David served as an executive partner recruiter and management consultant, providing guidance to senior management and leadership teams in strategic planning, productivity management, organizational effectiveness, and business development.In 2008, David served as SVP of business development for DrTango, Inc, where he provided strategic direction in the development of channel partner programs and corporate health and wellness services. From 2003 to 2007, David served as a senior management consultant for Watson Wyatt Worldwide. Within this global consultancy having $2B in annual revenue, he generated high-level, six-figure engagements and executed national management consulting projects. From 1996 to 2002, David was a senior account executive with Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems. He was recruited to manage the newest and largest contract for the Health & Fitness Division and transform the client’s broken systems and processes. He created a comprehensive change management program integrating related health and organizational functions. His work produced significant yearly increases in account profitability in each period of a multi-year,$6MM contract.
