ABOUT DAVID SALIE
Since graduating from Stanford, David\'s career at the Department of State and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence has spanned the fields of sanctions law, immigration, including the implementation and enforcement of travel bans on corrupt officials and violators of human rights, international arbitration, negotiation, government contract negotiations and oversight, national security, intelligence and cyber law, and privacy, civil liberties, and transparency. Invited by Howard Dean to work on his nascent presidential campaign, David interrupted his international law career to become Governor Dean\'s Director of House Party Fundraising. Based on the groundbreaking political and social network strategies devised during that campaign, David launched new, IRL and cloud-based marketing and outreach strategies for corporations, political campaigns, and advocacy organizations.
