Responsible for a client team across 2 locations covering exchange traded derivatives and OTC cleared client base, overseeing key operational RTB tasks, client integration and strategic/Regulatory Projects. •Responsible for developing strategic vision for EMEA client services including, operational efficiency target, Operations operating model, creating, and delivering a process risk framework, coaching & mentoring team members to retain high performing individuals and create career opportunities. •Partner with the business to develop a client offering including, manual process analysis, operational client efficiency vs revenue, reporting and technology infrastructure upgrades. •Create a client efficiency program that can provide clients and internal stakeholders with MIS highlighting all aspects of the client flow targeting inefficiencies and provide clients with a value-add service, inclusive from the onboarding experience to the day-to-day interaction. •Oversight of daily risk items such as client query’s, cash and collateral movements, expiry maintenance, corporate actions, trades and positions, Client FX requests, adherence to regulatory framework such as MIFID, EMIR and CASS.
