   Field end user calls and create tickets through ConnectWise to track, and document steps of remediation. • Utilize ITglue for all client’s support documentation and processes and procedures. • Support end user’s through ConnectWise Manage with patch management, or remote access support. • Troubleshoot various ender user issues from hardware and software including monitors, headsets, printers (Printlogic), shared drives, Office suite, Webex, VPN and Internet connectivity, etc.• Provide O365 admin support for User, groups, and exchange.• Create or terminate users through Active Directory (AD) while following process and procedure.• Accountable for 10-15 tickets simultaneously while maintaining constant communication to clients via email or phone.• Analyze phishing emails and manage with barracuda. • Identified, evaluated, and prioritized customer problems, and fielded complaints to appropriate parties to ensure issues are resolved.
