I’m a senior finance leader who helps growing and PE-backed SMEs navigate periods of scale, acquisition, and systems change — restoring clarity around cash, reporting, and financial control so leadership can make confident decisions.Across my career, I’ve most often been brought into businesses where finance is under pressure from growth or disruption: reporting no longer scales, systems are stretched, or acquisitions have fragmented visibility. My focus is always the same — stabilise first, simplify the core, and then build a finance function and processes that can support the next phase of the business.My background spans treasury, finance transformation, post-merger integration, and ERP delivery across international environments. Earlier in my career I led treasury and cash forecasting, which means I tend to anchor finance leadership in liquidity, forward visibility, and practical decision-making rather than theory.I’ve led finance teams through acquisitions and integrations across Europe and beyond, built finance functions from the ground up, and implemented systems where they genuinely added clarity and control — including multi-country ERP deployments and shared service models.
