Evaluate current Business Proccesses and observe current situation at the sites in Neuhausen (Germany), Móstoles and Andoain (Spain). Design Process Strategy for MFG EA in full alignment with Product, Supply and Quality Strategy. Define Key Process Changes to be deployed/define Key Support Tools to be enhanced. Align systems roadmap (IT) and build-up transition map from current situation to target picture. Final and Full Responsible for execution of Process Strategy within MFG EA. Work side-by-side with the Management to discover inefficiencies in processes and then determine the best ways to to bring our methods in line with our financial goals. Review KPI monitoring systems and determine ways to improve. Deliver regular recommendations on how to optimize end-to-end value chain, while meeting all quality standards. Reduce process errors, improve process results and save costs. Manage a team of 90 engineers in Neuhausen Móstoles and Andoain 11. Cooperate with different locations in different countries
