My career has been focused in insurance and risk management; thus, I have deep technical understanding of the business and have gravitated to leadership roles. I have much experience working with healthcare industry clients as well as large corporate clients, and my areas of expertise include Professional Liability and Alternative Risk Financing programs. My experience has allowed me to identify with all aspects of a client’s business perspectives. I have a passion around direct client work – to understand the business-side of the client and then best illustrate the risk side. It is critical to match a client company’s vision and values with the proper financing structure. I have solid appreciation for that.Not only do I have proven success in business and know how to manage and grow a P&L, but as importantly, I also care about people and their development and recognize the importance of team members development, while achieving P&L success.
