I’ve spent nearly two decades working across HR, payroll, operations, and leadership roles in small businesses, multi-site organizations, and high-growth environments. Those experiences have shaped a clear mission for me today: helping organizations value people as much as performance — and proving that you never have to sacrifice one to achieve the other. Healthy workplaces are built with intention, and my passion is guiding leaders toward cultures where people feel connected, supported, and excited to show up.I’m the founder and host of SpeakEasy HR, a live podcast committed to real, unfiltered conversations that elevate the workplace and challenge traditional thinking. Through the show, I spotlight leaders, innovators, and everyday professionals who are doing meaningful work and changing the way organizations think about people. My approach to every conversation, whether on-air or in consulting sessions, is grounded in three core pillars that define who I am: faith, family, and leadership development. These values influence the way I mentor, coach, communicate, and build relationships.Beyond the podcast, I’m deeply invested in developing and uplifting the HR community. I stay actively involved with local SHRM chapters, Disrupt HR, The HR Collaborative, and multiple chambers of commerce across Ohio and Kentucky. I’m also an entrepreneur at heart — co-owning a small business with my wife and recently launching the Love, Lead, Inspire Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to strengthening leadership, service, and community impact.At the end of the day, I believe this wholeheartedly: when people feel seen, supported, and empowered, organizations win every single time. My mission is to help create more workplaces where that belief becomes reality.
