   My research focuses on programs that provide employment, income support, or health services to youth and working age adults with disabilities. I lead the Disability Innovation Fund’s Subminimum Wage to Competitive Integrated Employment (SWTCIE) National Evaluation, which is examining the impacts of 14 grants to state vocational rehabilitation (VR) agencies to promote competitive integrated employment among people working for subminimum wage. I also currently lead Mathematica’s work on two Interventional Cooperative Agreement Program (ICAP) projects, which are funded by the Social Security Administration (SSA) to test new employment support models for people with disabilities. Previously, I helped evaluate SSA initiatives that promote employment for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) recipients and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) beneficiaries, including Ticket to Work, the Benefit Offset National Demonstration (BOND), and the Promoting Opportunity Demonstration (POD). I also have experience studying home and community-based services for Medicaid beneficiaries, including state waiver programs.
