The best part of my day? That moment when something complex suddenly clicks—either for me or for someone I\'m explaining it to. There\'s something magical about turning confusion into clarity, whether I\'m figuring out a new customer request or helping a colleague explore new ways to use our solutions.I work in solutions engineering at insightsoftware, where we help CFOs stop drowning in spreadsheets. What started as curiosity about how our platform connects to 200+ data sources has become my favorite thing to geek out about with clients. Learning is one of my hobbies that turned into a career asset. Right now I\'m deep into AI tools—spending evenings playing with Cursor AI, OpenRouter, Vercel and different LLM models to build easy to consume interfaces. My background in financial reporting and project management gives me solid ground to stand on, but what really drives me is staying curious and then passing that knowledge along.
