In my role as CEO of NRL Group Ltd I am responsible for the Group\'s strategic vision, maintaining oversight and involvement in branch operations, ensuring people are in the right roles and collaborating as project teams (Groupthink), and ultimately delivering annual growth and sales targets, budgets and investment projects to strengthen and protect the company for the future. NRL was established in 1983 and has grown into one of the country’s leading technical and engineering recruitment companies.
