I\'m currently on my second time out of retirement because I simply can\'t resist a compelling opportunity. My career spans over three and a half decades in technology and product leadership, driven by a philosophy that centers on the power of teamwork, making sure everyone understands the problem we’re solving, and hiring the right people. Today, I serve as Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) at ConnectWise, where we’re focused on building the first true MSP platform for the IT channel. My current focus areas are innovating our core solutions—ConnectWise RMM and PSA—and continuing to evolve the ConnectWise Asio™ platform to deliver consistency, automation, and real value for our partners.I’m an engineer at heart. I love technology, but I’m not emotionally attached to any of it. What keeps me going is solving problems—figuring out how to do it better, faster, and cheaper.Before joining ConnectWise, I served as Chief Technology and Product Officer at Mimecast, where I helped rebuild the flagship platform and led the company through its transition from public to private equity ownership. I’ve also held senior product and engineering leadership roles at Sophos, Carbonite, RSA, and Microsoft.After all these years, I still love what I do. I get to build, learn, and lead alongside people who challenge and inspire me. That’s what keeps me coming back.
