ABOUT DAVID RAFAEL
Hey, I’m David! I\'m a Product Designer crafting large-scale digital products used by millions. My work has supported initiatives that have collectively secured hundreds of millions in funding to ship new capabilities across mobile, web, tablet, and emerging platforms.At CIBC I design across the mobile app, website, and beyond, helping turn strategic initiatives into products that reach over 14M+ clients. I’ve contributed to crucial bank-wide initiatives spanning onboarding, eligibility, personalization, financial insights, and product recommendations. I also regularly mentor co-op cohorts through CIBC’s FLEX Committee, providing education, guidance, and advice throughout each term.Previously, I designed digital experiences for Audi North America, contributing to several key firsts across the USA and Canada. This included Audi\'s first Inventory and Dealer Search tool, their first end-to-end online car purchasing flow, and a Payment/Trade-in Calculator. This work spanned mobile, web, tablet, and motion, serving as important foundational releases which have since continued to evolve and scale across Audi\'s ecosystem.Outside of work I enjoy staying inspired through music (of all genres!), wellness experiences, learning, travel, and art.Feel free to reach out for a coffee chat!
