I am a full-service labor lawyer representing employers in an array of industries. I focus my practice on traditional labor matters, employment litigation, and proactive counseling/training. Regarding traditional labor matters, I negotiate collective bargaining agreements, manage work stoppages, handle labor arbitrations, and lead union avoidance campaigns. With respect to employment litigation, I routinely litigate class and collective actions as well as individual claims under various federal, state, and local laws. I oversee and lead written discovery, electronic discovery, depositions, motion and brief writing, trials and hearings, and development of overall case strategies to achieve desired outcomes while maximizing efficiencies. I also frequently provide daily counseling and/or training to clients with respect to employment and labor laws. I always seek practical, workable solutions for any labor or employment issues that may emerge for my clients.
