Wolferstans is proud to be one of the Sunday Times Top 200 Law Firms in the UK and has been a renowned provider of legal services to the community in Plymouth for over 200 years. My role is to drive innovation and continuous improvement in our Client Service proposition, with a view to delivering our vision of “Exceptional Legal Experiences”. To achieve this, I liaise with stakeholders from across the firm and leverage my experience of coaching and change management. I am also responsible for developing the firm’s employer proposition and making Wolferstans an “employer of choice”. This involves reviewing and developing innovative recruitment practices, focused on identifying and attracting top talent whilst offering a great candidate experience.
