Hi, I’m David Pratt – a finance professional, entertainment CFO, touring musician, and dedicated fraternity leader based in Scottsdale, Arizona. I live here with my wife and our corgi, Booker.I’ve been with Homeowners Financial Group for over nine years, currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst. Throughout my time here, I’ve developed a well-rounded background in Payroll, FP & A, Accounting, and HR, along with deep expertise in Excel and multiple accounting and payroll systems. Most recently, I led the successful design and implementation of an automated commission structure for our sales team—streamlining operations and improving accuracy.I also serve as the Chief Financial Officer of Pratt Brothers Entermazement, LLC, an Arizona-based entertainment company that produces the state’s largest annual Christmas celebration. In this role, I manage financial planning, budgeting, and strategic growth for a rapidly expanding business in the live events industry.Outside of the office, I’m the co-owner and drummer of First and Forever, a nationally touring rock band based in Phoenix, Arizona. We’ve generated millions of streams, toured across the U.S, and released over twenty professionally produced songs.As a committed volunteer, I’ve been actively involved in Delta Sigma Pi for over a decade. I currently serve on the Board of Directors as the Western Provincial Vice President.
