I am a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, where I lead the firm’s Transformation practice in North America and globally. I’m passionate about helping organizations deliver lasting improvements in performance and valuation through enterprise-wide transformation.I partner with CEOs, executive teams, and boards to lead end-to-end transformations that strengthen operating models, execution capability, digital and data capabilities, and organizational health, while unlocking sustainable improvements in performance and customer satisfaction.I have led the turnaround of more than 20 large organizations across sectors including telecommunications, banking, mining, and industrials. I also lead independent due diligences for corporate and private owners to identify and deliver full performance potential.Previously, I served as Managing Partner of McKinsey’s New Zealand and Carolinas offices and led the firm’s Global Corporate Strategy service line.
