1. Senior Product Design Manager

   As a Senior Product Design Manager, I am serving a team of designers working within the public safety space to pursue our mission to protect life. Through that mission we are working to make the bullet obsolete, reduce social conflict, center racial equity, and ensure a fair and effective justice system. It\'s a big mission, but one we pursue relentlessly each day. My team works on Axon\'s enterprise SaaS products, contributing to platform level initiatives, global design patterns, and international localization. My team\'s areas of focus include cloud based and localized digital evidence management, 3rd party integrations, case management, evidence redaction, performance tracking, mobile applications, justice system workflows, and public evidence requests. When I’m not designing, I help plan team activities and events to help cultivate the culture of our team and organize community events to bring awareness to our mission and the work we do.
