ABOUT DAVID PODOLSKYI
I build AI systems that move from prototype to production. Over the past seven years I have designed and deployed machine learning and large language model products for healthcare, manufacturing, and industrial automation. My current focus is DeepSpect.ai where we use CAD models and first CT scans to train defect detection models without requiring labeled data or vendor lock-in.Previously I worked on computer vision for neurosurgical registration at Harvard Medical School, energy optimization and simulation pipelines at Infineon, and large scale IoT data processing for BMW’s vehicle networks. I have also led TUM.ai for 2 years, growing it into one of Europe’s largest student AI organizations with 120+ active members.Technical focus: Python, PyTorch, LLMs, 3D machine learning, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure.I enjoy solving real-world problems with AI and building systems that deliver measurable impact in production environments.
