I foster joy and fulfilment in people\'s work and lives; essentially I help people find happiness.My work as a coach, facilitator and speaker is focused on clarifying what people want, defining a path forward and instilling a drive to get out there and make things happen. I owe a lot of my success to the fact I’m both a Space Creator and a Moment Maker meaning I create a space where people feel free to explore possibilities and discover themselves without judgement, while at the same time making encounters fun and memorable to facilitate learning and discovery.I’ve always been this person; when I was a kid I was constantly smiling so my nickname became “Guy Smiley” (the gameshow host on Sesame Street) and my email signature was “Smile, Life’s Great!”. As I grew up I went into advertising to find ways to make people’s lives better with Public Service campaigns, pivoted to working towards helping companies cultivate fulfilment in their employees with my MBA in Organizational Behaviour and Change Management consulting.Throughout this journey I have collected knowledge, stories and experiences which has turned me into a Curator of sorts.
