I\'ve co-owned approximately multifamily units, originated or developed thousands more, and underwritten or financed additional units across approximately 700 transactions.I currently lead DFP Development, LLC, focused on expanding workforce housing production across multiple states.The 100-Year Pivot traces how America\'s only durable housing production tool drifted from serving the workforce to manufacturing compliance and monetizing scarcity.
