Paragryn enables you to template, populate and update common field data across any number of Microsoft Word documents in real-time.In 2015, as an estate attorney, I found myself increasingly frustrated with the inefficiencies of repetitive document preparation. Day after day, I was populating the same common fields across multiple documents—a process that was not only tedious but also prone to errors and a waste of valuable time.I searched for a better solution, but the tools available could only perform one-time data merges. They didn’t account for the reality of working with documents where inputs frequently change. I needed something that allowed for dynamic, real-time updates to ensure consistency across all documents without having to start over each time.When I couldn’t find what I needed, I decided to create it myself. That’s how Paragryn came to life—a tool designed to eliminate the drudgery of repetitive tasks and empower professionals with the ability to update fields quickly and accurately across single or multiple documents. It’s the solution I wish I had from the start, and it has transformed how I—and many others—work.
