Oversaw the successful transition of over voicemail boxes from 2 separate systems (a Callegra and a Callpilot) located at two different ends of the base, to a single, network routed system. •Performed system administration of installation voicemail systems, Nortel/AVAYA CallPilot and Nortel/AVAYA Callegra, and provided training to users and administrators. •Identifying and resolving technical problems with computerized digital electronic integrated switching systems utilizing multiple media (twisted pair and fiber optic), video display units, terminals, modems, test/diagnostic and other communications/electronic equipment. •Responsible for administering, maintaining and troubleshooting the installation PBX systems (Nortel/AVAYA CS2100, Nortel/AVAYA SL1, Nortel/AVAYA DMS-100). •Working with Nortel/AVAYA Voice over IP (VOIP) phones, in addition to the standard analog and digital sets.•Supporting over telephone users, and voicemail users.•Responsible for keeping all Voice Mail equipment in IAVA and STIG compliance.•Was the key technician in the rebuild of the Call Pilot Server to strengthen the security.•Configuring and optimizing Cisco 65XX routers, and Cisco 35XX, 36XX, and 37XX series network switches.•Diagnosing and resolving network problems.•Installing, testing, maintaining,and upgrading network operating systems software.•Installing, programming, and testing network switches.
