   Primary point of contact between City and County Public Works staff and PSE for any customer service related issues and processes associated with infrastructure, regulatory procedures, environmental, and major projects• Provide strategic recommendations to PSE project teams and municipalities by assisting in interpreting PSE project designs and participating in team problem solving, resulting in reduced budgets• Collaborate with PSE Government Affairs, Municipal Land Planners, Real Estate, C & SP, Legal, Major Projects and others to maintain a working knowledge of operational and political processes and structures• Negotiate conflicts or issues regularly between PSE and other external stakeholders• Conduct Annual Meetings with appropriate Public Works staff and key PSE representatives to exchange information, monitor ongoing PSE performance, build stronger relationships, and address issues and concerns• Provide municipalities with information for Comprehensive Plans, environmental updates, and public planning• Resolve jurisdictional concerns arising out of project design, coordination, and construction, often while reviewing utility infrastructure construction plans and working with appropriate PSE personnel • Research different laws, permits, ordinances, tariffs, policies, etc to assist municipalities and internal stakeholders• Negotiate and interpret complex, often contentious, Franchise Agreements, with municipalities and legal teams
