I am a strategic leader and executive consultant with a proven track record of driving transformation across the mining, oil & gas, energy, and process industries. My expertise spans operations, project management, asset reliability, and digital transformation, reinforced by technical credentials (PhD in Process Engineering, MBA, P.Eng.) and global certifications (PMP, CMRP, Professional Scrum Master). Over the past decade, I have: Directed EPCM and multi-million-dollar capital projects, delivering efficiency, cost savings, and safety improvements. Built and led Integrated Remote Operations Centres (IROCs), enabling real-time optimization of mining operations. Designed and executed governance frameworks and business transformation programs, embedding sustainable practices and digital maturity. Mentored teams of engineers, supervisors, and future leaders, while also serving as a Sessional Lecturer in Mineral Processing, bridging academic research with industry practice.
