ABOUT DAVID OLSEN

I help organisations build the skills infrastructure and change capability they need to thrive in an AI-driven world.Over 10+ years at PwC and Apple, I\'ve worked at the intersection of transformation, talent strategy, and technology. Three areas best reflect where my expertise sits:I\'ve built skills infrastructure from scratch, taking a role-level skills repository from initial concept through to a scalable, enterprise-grade tool that now underpins capability pathways across a large technology population and is being extended into new areas of the business.I\'ve driven global change programmes, spending a year on secondment ensuring platform adoption across multiple countries, building international communities of practice, and embedding sustainable change in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.I\'ve shaped AI enablement at senior leadership level, programme-managing an initiative that equips senior leaders to have more commercially credible AI conversations, including developing board-level materials and supporting executive workshops.What connects all of this is a belief that skills-led change only sticks when you connect infrastructure to real decisions: how people are developed, deployed, and supported.
