I am the owner of Innovative Transports Corporation a Fedex contractor. We are responsible for several zip codes in Oregon with over 45 employees and delivery vehicles. We were the 15th fastest growing company in the Portland area ranked by the Business Journal in 2020. My Human Resources background encompasses over 20 years of diversified Human Resources leadership, and multi-industry experience with a major emphasis on strategic HR. I led Talent Management for Holiday Retirement. I was responsible for Providence Medical Group\'s Staffing Resource Team. I also led the Netflix Field Recruiting Team (Customer Service and 58 operations hubs). Other HR experience includes leading the HR team at Vesta Corporation, an international e-commerce payment company with over employees. Prior to Vesta, I spent over 5 years at T-Mobile in a number of key HR leadership roles, including leading the Recruiting function of T-Mobile\'s Customer Service Division with 40 plus recruiters and over 5,500 hires per year in 26 call centers. Prior to T-Mobile, I led a HR team in Oregon for two manufacturing facilities. Previous HR roles include generalist work for Swedish Medical Center, Holland America Cruise Lines, and Airborne Express( DHL). Specialties: HR Leadership.
