Migrated LexisNexis Contact Centers from Avaya hosted solution to NICE inContact Cloud solution. Worked with business and vendors to build, test and implement 100 call flows and train agents. Optimize team results: well defined handoffs with vendors, setup collaborative work environment, run daily stand-up, and eliminate impediments. • Decommissioned 450+ legacy applications and associated infrastructure with the completion of migrating customers off legacy applications onto the New Lexis Advance program saving company 17M annually. Kept executives informed of application and infrastructure plans, progress, roadblocks and risks. • Migrated the Treasury system from Switzerland data center to Dayton data center. Treasury is highly visible system since it frequently processed 100M+ on a given day. Collaborated with team to determine solution and overcome project’s constraints and complexities. • Led team in closing the Oxford, UK data center on an aggressive schedule achieving business objectives of reducing infrastructure footprint and saving company $1.2M annually. Worked with team to develop and implement migration plans for 500+ servers. Worked with team, customers and management to remove obstacles and risks to successfully meet objectives. • Integrated acquired company, Intelligize, within LexisNexis. Technical milestones include: Integrate Intelligize with Lexis Advance application by replacing third party feature reducing annual expense by $1M; Integrate Intelligize search capabilities with Lexis Search Advance with expected revenue growth opportunities of $20M over 10 years; Coordinated moving employees and replacing their end user tools. • Built new Client Profiler 2M application by leading agile development team of architects, developers, web designers, UX and testers. Functionality was built incrementally, with quality application delivered on time. Provided leadership and coaching, including conducting agile ceremonies.
