   As a Director of Program Management for WOW, I lead the evaluation, planning and execution of some of the company’s most important and pivotal programs and projects. My main responsibilities are partnering with key internal stakeholders to scope and prioritize proposed initiatives, drive an approved set of programs to completion, and meet established financial and strategic metrics. Launched WOW! mobile - WOW! partnered with mobile provider Reach Mobile to launch \"WOW! mobile\" in 6 months. Following a successful pilot in June 2022, an enterprise-wide launch was completed in July 2022. The initiative marked a milestone in how WOW! continues to develop the business by leveraging both internal teams and external partners Video Transformation - As part of WOW! broadband-first strategy to meet the ever-increasing need for reliable high-speed internet, WOW! decided to build their own IP-based video platform and begin the migration process of current QAM-based customers. In my role, I was responsible for the program management of both efforts: Launched WOW! tv+- WOW!\'s IP-based video platform. Managed vendor section in late 2018 and development with our new partners began in early 2019. By 2020 the team began launching the new platform to free up additional bandwidth in the network. Within 1 year this new video product was deployed enterprise-wide. WOW! tv+ box streams live television content, records, pauses live television, has parental controls, uses Google Voice Assistant, provides local access channels, and supports many of the most popular streaming apps Launched IP-based Advertising on WOW! tv+- WOW! became the first cable company in the US to deliver television adverting commercials to both QAM and IP-based platforms ensuring tens of millions of dollars in advertising revenue Launched Video Migration - To meet WOW!’s business strategy, starting in 2021 the team launched a migration plan to move our WOW! cable TV QAM video customers to WOW! tv+
