Develops effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates for open vacancies, to include digital and/or print media advertisements. • Sources qualified candidates for vacant and/or contingent openings using various methods, including external job boards, unsolicited outreach, social media, and other strategies. • Helps develop and present recruitment-related training to site recruiters to help elevate competency levels. • Ensures compliance with CGS’ Shareholder Hire Preference policy and practices. • Ensures job postings and efforts comply with federal, state, EEO, and OFCCP regulations. • Facilitates outreach efforts by creating and maintaining a presence in industry-related communities to promote CGS and its subsidiaries. • Selects one or more placement agencies to assist with recruitment process. • Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications. • Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers. • Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
