ABOUT DAVID STEELE
As Head Coach of the Sage Creek High School Wrestling team, I’m passionate about developing student-athletes not only in sport but as individuals, focusing on character, discipline, perseverance, and respect. Though new, our program is dedicated to helping athletes become model citizens.In addition to coaching, I’m a commercial airline pilot with 29 years of aviation and military experience. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, I’ve served as a Naval Aviator, White House Liaison Officer, and Marine-One Helicopter Pilot. These roles have shaped my expertise in leadership, teamwork, and operational excellence.I specialize in building high-performing teams that solve complex problems, deliver results, and achieve goals with integrity. My leadership style is collaborative, inclusive, and purpose-driven.
