Currently completing a series of novels set from the middle to the end of the Cold War and then beyond. I have been a senior manager at the BBC. I have been a Head of Corporate Communications for two major international agricultural research centres, own and manage a small multimedia production/software development company, been a radio and television producer and presenter for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation but began my career as an elementary particle physicist.
