ABOUT DAVID MOSES

I’m David Moses Jr, a Software Engineer at Microsoft and a proud New Orleans native. I studied Computer Science at the University of Notre Dame and have been writing code since high school, drawn in by the creative process of building systems and applications that people actually use.At Microsoft, I’ve worked across frontend, full-stack, and system design, contributing to Azure AI Search and Azure AI Foundry. Along the way, I’ve built features that scale to thousands of customers and strengthened platforms with improvements in accessibility, security, and reliability.My toolkit includes React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and cloud microservices — with experience in CI/CD, distributed systems, and scaling AI-powered workflows. Beyond coding, I value collaboration, mentorship, and learning from peers to tackle complex challenges.Outside of work, I’m a fan of good food, dogs, sports, and exploring new technology. I bring the same curiosity and creativity from those hobbies into how I approach engineering problems: with patience, persistence, and an eye for detail.
