With over 20 years of experience in the development industry, I have tailored a thorough and well-rounded expertise in land development projects from various perspectives, including federal, state, municipal, and private. I have successfully managed and delivered projects across residential, commercial, industrial, transportation, and government sectors, applying my skills in engineering design, municipal review and enforcement, and project management.As a director of land development, I was responsible for managing a portfolio of over 24 projects, consisting of over 3,600 lots with a realized asset worth of over $1.2 billion. I lead teams of engineers and consultants in conducting acquisition analysis, due diligence, entitlement, design, permitting, utility coordination, and horizontal construction management. My passion is bridging the gap between developers, municipalities, consultants and contractor for an efficient and successful project. What drives me is continuously improving, doing business the right way, and helping the community grow through great projects.
