ABOUT DAVID MILLER
I have been qualified as a solicitor since September 2002 working in the company and commercial department at Knights before moving on to Flint Bishop where I headed up the commercial team and was a member of the firm\'s Management Board. I have always had an strong interest in advising IT and technology companies and in April 2021 took the position as COO at Cloudbooking. After helping the company with some internal reorganisation and the making of some strategic hires I moved into the role of Legal Services Director whilst also joining gunnercooke as a Partner.I am nowfull time at gunnercooke working with a range of clients especially those in the software and wider tech industry. I advise on, draft and negotiate all manner of commercial agreements and also assist with data protection compliance. I also provide regular training on contracts and data protection.
