Hotel Manager of a 750-room Five Diamond resort, recently honored with the Timeless Diamond Award for sustained excellence in leadership, service culture, and guest experience.Entering my fourth year in the role of Hotel Manager and 22nd year at the resort, I currently lead all aspects of hotel operations, overseeing one of North America’s most complex luxury resorts. Responsibilities include 12 food and beverage venues, six signature resort pools, nine retail revenue centers, and a sq. ft. Well & Being and Sisley Spa. Oversight also includes sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor event space and large-scale seasonal destination activations, including Pumpkin Fest and Christmas at the Princess events. 2025 Business & Performance Impact* Revenue: Partnered with the revenue management team to achieve an all-time high RevPAR and TRevPAR of per room, driven by a focus on capturing incremental revenue, monetizing high-end guest experiences, and ensuring guest value perception to maintain loyalty.* Resort Experiences: Supported the team to an all time high dedicated event revenue and in total revenue contribution by expanding signature Resort Experiences, including Christmas at the Princess, Pumpkin Fest and Day Cap programming, welcoming over patrons and achieving the highest total revenue in the property’s history.* Luxury & Brand Recognition: Five Diamond for 35 consecutive years; excited to announce that Privado, our Hotel within a Hotel, earned its inaugural Five Diamond designation this year * Guest Satisfaction & Quality: RPS increased 1.26 points year over year to an all-time high (four-year upward trend); LQA ranked #1 in North Central America for Accor, up 12 points over the past four years* Employee Engagement & Culture: Achieved an exceptional Employee Engagement Survey (EES) score, leading the Fairmont brand and resort by fostering am empowered, passionate, and high-performance cultureAll about leading high-performing teams, driving accountability, and achieving results that optimize brand guest experience, ownership profitability, and long-term asset value, while overseeing operating budgets and strategic capital initiatives, including a master plan expansion in development.
