I am a management consultant helping companies to improve their competitiveness through better use of data. I help business leaders to implement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Human Error Reduction and Machine Learning; I frequently train and coach their employees so that the improvements in performance can be sustained.With over 20 years\' experience as a Master Black Belt, I have consulted on Lean Six Sigma with a wide range of companies, especially in the Automotive, Pharmaceutical and Financial Services sectors. I am experienced in all functional areas, particularly R&D, manufacturing, sales/marketing, clinical trials and general administration, so I bring a broad viewpoint to consulting engagements.
