I’m a strategic and growth-focused finance executive with a track record of scaling businesses, navigating capital markets, and leading high-performing teams through complex transformations. With extensive experience across the public and private sectors, I’ve spent my career helping companies unlock value, whether through capital raising (debt and equity, including an IPO), M&A transactions, or operational overhauls.Most recently, I served as CFO of Century Communities (NYSE:CCS), where I helped grow the company from $96M to $4.5B in revenue, guiding its transition to a public company soon after joining and leading over $3B in capital raises. I’ve directed teams of 400 and built foundational infrastructure across finance, IT, HR, and national operations. I launched the mortgage, title, and insurance businesses. Under my leadership, we expanded into new markets, centralized operations, and achieved an industry-leading return on equity of 30%+.Before that, I held senior finance roles at UDR (NYSE:UDR), a leading apartment REIT, where I helped reposition the portfolio, maintain liquidity during the Great Financial Crisis, led $6B+ in combined debt and equity transactions, established the internal audit function, and restructured the Investor Relations department.Whether building out new systems, restructuring teams, or driving investor confidence, I thrive on solving complex challenges and enabling long-term growth.
