Decipher Solutions began by offering system implementation and optimization consulting for healthcare payers. With over 30 successful systems implementations including claims, utilization management, enrollment, billing, and ancillary applications, it became clear that common challenges surrounded accurate provider data. As a result, the Maven One platform was launched. Maven One allows health plans to take control of their provider data and alleviate member and provider abrasion resulting from complex processes and systems that lead to broken provider data- Evaluate existing provider data sources for accuracy and anomalies - Automatically correct invalid provider data to create a \"gold\" provider record - Manage workflows in a centralized location including data cleanup, contracting, credentialing, SIU and FWA investigations and reporting, and provider support services
