ABOUT DAVID MCRAE

David is a well-known employment law specialist. He qualified as a Solicitor in Scotland and quickly established his reputation as an accomplished Employment Tribunal litigator representing clients in Employment Tribunal cases throughout the UK. He has practised employment law for over 25 years.As our Managing Director, as well as having responsibility for the overall management and strategic direction of the firm, David plays a leading role in advising and representing clients, giving practical, commercially-focussed advice to employers of all sizes across all business sectors. Over the years, David has led numerous large scale collective consultation programmes; TUPE-related acquisitions and disposals; and successfully defended high profile claims.
