Over thirty years of experience in the field of sports marketing, focused primarily on creating, developing and marketing event properties in the international sport of cycling. One of the sport\'s leading entrepreneurs with extensive experience in creating and directing over 80 large scale professional cycling events in major U.S. markets including developing corporate sponsorships, negotiating media relationships and forging public/private partnerships. Packaged and directed corporate sponsorship sales that generated over $50 million in funding for American cycling events from such companies as CoreStates Financial Corp, First Union Bank, Wachovia, TD Bank, Citibank, BMC Software, T-Mobile, Subaru, Thrift Drug, US Postal Service and more. Negotiated and placed nearly 200 hours of cycling coverage and programming on ABC, CBS, CSN, OLN and Versus Instrumental in the acquisition and divesture of small businesses and closely held partnerships in the sports event industry Wrote byline articles on cycling that have appeared in Sports Illustrated, the New York Times and most major U.S. cycling publications. Co-authored the Tour de France Complete Book of Cycling (Villard, 1990) and was the first American on-camera analyst for CBS coverage of the Tour de France (1983).    Working with partners and colleagues to bring the best elements of successful modern sports, media and technology to track cycling by developing a network of World Class Indoor Velodromes to host to World Cycling Limited\'s TeamTrak, a proprietary format of track cycling development, competition and entertainment. Principal projects include development of the TeamTrak Cycling League of events designed for existing indoor arenas using a portable velodrome and the National Sports and Events center, a permanent $70MM multi-sports and entertainment facility being developed in Chester County, PA.
