I am a leadership coach, facilitator & creative strategist helping leaders, their teams and their organizations to grow their impact and to achieve success. Committed to building strong organizations and institutions, I bring my creativity, curiosity, and empathy to have honest and courageous conversations with my clients & within their organizations. Expertise & Experience Having launched and led three non-profit organizations through multiple stages of the organizational lifecycle, while successfully overcoming myriad challenges, I bring my experience in successfully navigating change to best serve my clients. I have served both as a founding executive director and board member, facilitated the spin-off of a subsidiary, shut down a distressed organization and assisted in a successful merger. I leverage my current & prior experience serving on several non-profit and government boards and regularly serve on advisory committees and boards. I bring my commitment to lifelong learning with an executive coaching certificate from the Hudson Institute of Coaching, affiliation with the International Coach Federation and an Executive Scholar certificate from the Kellogg School of Management. What I Do I provide both one-on-one as well as team coaching, serve as a consultant to executives and their boards as they undertake strategic shifts and facilitate staff & board retreats for a variety of organizations and coalitions.
