Manage and develop a program that assists healthcare facilities in seven counties to include hospitals, public health and community health in disaster preparedness and response- Oversee the development of preparedness plans for medical surge, highly infectious diseases, pediatric surge, burns, radiological response and various other disaster plans and exercise these plans within the region- Oversee and manage one of eight State Medical Assistance Teams (SMAT) that are comparable to a field hospital during disasters- Manage assets over 5 million dollars- Develop and implemented a five year strategic plan to move the coalition forward in the future- Manage and create a budget for grant funds of and report out on deliverables for these funds- Supervise, direct, and evaluate assigned staff, process employee work schedules.
