I enjoy complex business challenges through which I engage myself and others with passion and energy for purpose, performance and transformation. During my 30 years in FMCG, I spent equally 50% of my career in developed markets (UK, France & Europe) and 50% in emerging markets (Russia, China & Central Asia). I grounded my functional skills in marketing and sales through local and regional roles. The last 14 years, as President and General Manager, I have lead regions and markets end to end, with more than 20 employees and greater than five billions dollars net revenue. I had the opportunity to learn through different market strategic agendas; turnaround, transformation, growth acceleration and mergers. I am extremely grateful for all my teams, line managers, peers, employees, stakeholders and my family who contributed to my personal and professional development.
